Best BBQ in Colorado

Vail, Colorado is one of the most popular tourism destinations in the United States. Among the many options for tourists, is the phenomenal multi-cultural food. One of my favorite places is the old, wooded Moes BBQ that you can spell the smoke from as soon as you land at EGE, the small airport of Vail. Moes is a chain, and it offers barbecue of all types of meats, sides, and drinks, including a bar. For me, the most amazing part of Moes is the permeating smell of smoked barbecue and the heat of the warm fire place. There is a large outside patio, that during the summer, has incredible views of the saturated sunset, patio tables, an area for dogs to play, and a swingset. On the inside of Moes, you can hear the loud music and yelling from the bar, and outside on the patio the laughter of children and sound of airplanes flying over to land at EGE.

My default order is always a turkey sandwich, Mac and cheese, banana pudding, and an Arnold Palmer. While a bit on the expensive side, the exciting and vibrant environment of Moes Barbecue is what sells it, and makes Moes perfect first stop when coming into Vail.
